Raw Happiness began with a simple conviction: that the best food comes from the simplest ingredients, treated with respect and time.
Located on South Flores Street, we are a neighborhood bakery and grocery that takes its time. Our sourdough ferments overnight. Our pastries are folded by hand each morning. Our grocery shelves carry the producers we trust — olive oil from small Italian farms, honey from Texas beekeepers, chocolates from single-origin cacao.
